Coffee-South Indian coffee, also known as filter coffee is a sweet milky coffee made from dark roasted coffee beans (70–80%) and chicory (30–20%), especially popular in the southern states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh. The most commonly used coffee beans are Arabica and Robusta grown in the hills of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.
Outside India, a coffee drink prepared using a filter may be known as Filter Coffee or as Drip Coffee as the water passes through the grounds solely by gravity and not under pressure or in longer-term contact.
Tee -Tea with the addition of milk
Bournvita- Bournvita stirred or shaken with milk with or without sugar.
Horlicks - Horlicks stirred or shaken with milk with or without sugar
Lime Tea -The sweet tartness of limes paired with refreshing and soothing mint.
Green Tea -Green tea is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing.
Badam Milk - Badam milk is a creamy nutty flavored milk shake or beverage recipe. Badam milk is prepared with crushed badam or almonds mixed with sugar, cream, milk and other dry fruits. Serve badam milk chilled during summers as a cooling healthy drink.
Milk-Plain white milk with or without sugar.
Malnad Kashaya - Kashaya is a decoction prepared by boiling a powder prepared using herbs and spices. This home remedy when consumed gives relief from common cold and cough.
